Our vision as a business is to “serve” our clients by supporting their hair and body needs. This will enhance our clients’ physical appearance and mental relaxation. By approaching this business as an opportunity to serve the community, we will create a flow that will keep our customers coming back, even in a down-turned economy.

• Hair : cuts, relaxers, perms, colors, shampoo, conditioning, curling, reconstructing, weaving, and waving.
• Nails : manicures, pedicures, polish, sculptured nails, and paraffin waxing for hands.
• Skin Care : facials, body waxing, body wrapping and massage.

C & S Hair Gallery and Spa wants to set itself apart from other beauty salons that may offer only one or two types of services. Having come from such a salon, Sara has realized from talking with her clients that they desire all of the services listed above but remain frustrated because they must get their hair done at one place and nails done at another. Although the focus of C & S Hair Gallery and Spa is hair services, it ultimately would like to offer our clients the convenience of these other services in one location.

There are a number of salons like C & S, but they are concentrated in high income areas of Hampton Roads. C & S does not intend to compete with these so called "Day Spas." C & S wishes to offer a middle ground for those clients who can't quite afford high-end luxury salons.

The business atmosphere will be a relaxing one where clients can kick back and be pampered. Soft drinks will be offered to clients as they enter for service. Televisions will be located in the waiting and hair-drying area.
